HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

CAN I SEE SAMPLES OF PRODUCT BEFORE I PURCHASE?
We can send you samples of any product before you buy, free of charge. To arrange delivery of samples email email@example.com or call 09 523 3870.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS IF I ORDER LARGE QUANTITIES?
We surely do. Please call our team on 09 523 3870 to discuss bespoke pricing.
DO YOU OFFER WAREHOUSE STORAGE?
Absolutely. We can offer 3, 6 and 12 month storage plans for your customized branded products.
HOW CAN I PLACE A REPEAT ORDER?
If you order the same items regularly, you can either call us on 09 523 3870 to set up a standing order or email firstname.lastname@example.org with the products and delivery times that suit you.
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY PRICES?
Free Freight applies to the whole of New Zealand for orders over $1,200 (ex.GST). Please note this is sent via our freight forwarder on a pallet.
We split the cost of freight for orders of full cartons.
- Auckland (Local) Delivery is free.
- Pokeno, Helensville, Kumeu (Local Towns) Delivery is $3 per carton.
- Whangarei and Hamilton (One Sector) Delivery is $3.50 per carton.
- Rest of the North Island (Two Sector) Delivery is $6.50 and $9.50 for Noodle boxes.
- Christchurch (Local) Delivery is free.
- Hanmer Springs, Akaroa and Ashburton (One Sector) Delivery is $3.50 per carton.
- Rest of the South Island (Two Sector) Delivery is $6.50 and $9.50 for Noodle boxes.
With half cartons we can only offer this service to Auckland currently, with a charge of $4 per carton.
CAN I RETURN PRODUCT?
Goods can be returned within 14 days from their receipt. If you would like to return items, please email email@example.com. We will then arrange collection. Once stock has been received at our warehouse, we will process a credit note for the total sale value excluding the total cost of freight. Please note that returns will be at our discretion. Any damaged or faulty goods will be collected at our expense and exchanged or refunded in full.
